Live, work and meet in nature

Ecological engagement and intercultural learning will be the main topics of this tri-national event. And of course a lot of fun! Come and enjoy!

Come! You are invited to be a part of a great youthmeeting in Germany during the coming summer! If you are between 16 and 18 years old, interested in ecological enviroments, willing to work during the morning hours and you are open minded enough to meet young people in your age from other contries, you are gladly  welcome!

From 27th of July till 16th of August there will take place the first trilateral workcamp nature experience 09 - we build a pond bar. This workcamp will be a co-operation of 3 nations: Lithuania, Poland & Germany.

Constructing a bridge at a Sawmill near Tecklenburg's district center aiming for the environment development and nature conservation will be our main challange. The pond will be an ideal place to make water studies and amphibian observations.

You and other 35 motivated young people from Lithuania, Poland and Germany will realize this concrete project. The participants will organize themselves in three working groups: a building group, a group of supplies, a media & public relation group. A constant change between the groups will be possible.

Apart from the work, which will be only in the morning hours, there will be some interesting events, intercultural workshops, input about ecological topics, games in the nature and visits of cultural chracteristics of Steinfurt district. Of course we will also visit two historical interesting cities: Münster & Osnabrück!
